In the wake of ongoing controversy regarding sharing of water of Mahadayi river and stalling of Kalasa Banduri drinking water project by Goa government the KFCC apex body of Kannada cinema industry has taken a strong step to boycott the 45th International Film Festival of India staring from November 30 to December 30 in Goa. A call was given to all the participants to show strength in this case.
